USPS Tracking is down
I bought some shoes and found out they were fake. I applied for a refund under the Item not being as described seller approved for a discounted refund but I pressed for a full refund I got it. I shipped the return back like a week ago but USPS tracking is down so I cant mark it as shipped They're site says "Sorry, we're currently experiencing technical difficulties with our tracking application. We thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue. Please check back" How do I talk to someone and tell them that USPS tracking is down and or show them my shipping receipt ?

Mentor8 months agoAll you need to do is have the clerk at the counter scan the shipping label. That will update the information displayed on the tracking number.
