Keep getting late shipping or no updates but the item has been delivered because the buyer has reported a positive review for the item and fast service. What do you do so you can get paid?

If you have gotten a late shipping notice, it means that you did not ship your item within your given handling time. That may have triggered the new seller 30 day payment hold,

Until you become an established seller the hold will remain in place. You'll become an established seller after: It's been more than 90 days since your first successful sale. You've had more than 25 transactions and $250 in sales.

Mentor1 year ago@danlbo37 You should not be getting late shipping notices if you are packaging your cards correctly so that they can be read by the sorting equipment for the acceptance scan.
I would have at least a 2 day handling time if using eBay standard envelope.
The delivery scan often does not happen but funds will still be paid out after about 30 days.
A high volume card seller said that they wrap a couple sheets of printer paper around their cards in a plain white envelope and have good success with no damage on the items being scanned.
This is my general advice for ESE shipping>
eBay Standard Envelope is a Metered Mail shipping method and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment. You can't look it up on the USPS site like regular tracking you have to use this tracking tool> https://www.trackmyshipment.co/
If a buyer files a not received refund request then you can file an insurance claim to get your money back. See this link>

For future shipments I recommend dropping your envelopes in the metered mail box at your post office.
You can also review this post by a fellow Mentor that has screenshots of proper packing as the envelope must remain flexible to be read by the sorting equipment.
