I have shipped all my items on time< Since April 21 none of the scan from the post have been showing up on eBay. I have receipts from the post office showing items scanned. Now my percentage for uploading is down to 89 percent. Any ideas what is happening and how to fix it. There is no way on eBay to contact someone regarding this issue. I have put eBay on vacation mode because I do not want anymore negative numbers. Please help
