USPS took 4 days on 2 day delivery
The buyer wanted an item quickly. So she she paid for 2 day delivery, I shipped it 2 day delivery. If USPS took 4 days to deliver, who requests the refund for the guarantee from USPS? Does the buyer take it to USPS for the refund or do I request the refund from USPS and then refund the buyer?
