USPS states delivered but it is not here
The tracking info states it was delivered to my mailbox, which is locked and in an apartment complex, yet it was not there. When I try to make a claim, it just sends me to the page that states it was delivered.

On Ebay it is not a claim you can win because tracking shows delivered.
But you really should contact your local Post office tomorrow. Get the tracking number so you can give that to them. They can often times shed a little more light on what happened.
Good Luck.
