Usps SMH
I cannot put in a request for an item because when i originally did , it got denied because it shows to item was hand delivered. After 1 1/2 month of going back and forth to usps i finally received an email from usps and that's the item was misdelivered. Ebay won't let me contact them on this situation. The letter says, " Unfortunately, the search initiated by your inquiry has been unsuccessful in locating the missing item; we must reluctantly conclude that the item is irretrievably lost.
Please provide this letter to the original sender or your financial institution so they can determine if any claim/reimbursement options may be available to you. "
I resubmitted a claim on usps with this new email but ebay needs to know it wasn't delivered so I can get a refund. This is why we get insurance i thought. No agent to speak to. No customer service email to send to.

Are you the buyer?
Did the original listing say local pickup but it was mailed?
Is the seller being responsive?
USPS may refund you
OR
File a credit card chargeback with that letter and proof the seller provided you with that tracking number.
