USPS shipping rates
Why does the eBay shipping discount apply to certain orders, but not others? Sometimes the rate given is twice what I can pay through PayPal shipping.

That shouldn't be for USPS rates.
Can you give me an example of a listing that had this issue? the eBay Item Number for the listing?
Is there a chance you have checked the box for irregular or hazardous?

OP4 months agoThis morning I had a 3oz package to Puerto Rico. eBay shipping wanted $10.19. I bought the label on PayPal Shipping for $5.40.

Using the eBay Shipping calculator, that shows Shipping as $5.89 for Ground Advantage.
The "irregular package" box may have been checked. That would add $4.00 to the label.

You are most welcome. Several Sellers have reported that box being checked by default.
