USPS shipping label refunds
Where does the USPS shipping label refund go? It's been 30 days. I can't find any notifications from Ebay or USPS. I had to cancel 2 that were already purchased and printed in order to combine shipping. I cancelled the labels via sellers hub and purchased a new one for new size and weight. Corrected the tracking and pkg was delivered but no refund on the previous labels? How do I verify?

Once a Seller voids an unused shipping label, they should see their refund in 21 days at their original payment source.
