USPS shipping issue

Question

My baseball card I sold has been going back and forth and NOT going where it is supposed to go. What is the issue with eBay and how do I resolve this problem?

If your package isn't delivered to the buyer, you will have to refund the buyer.

If it's been less than 15 days, file a missing mail report here:

If it's been more than 15 days, file an insurance claim here:

http://usps.com/help/claims.htm

You want the Order Receipt from the Get Packing Slip menu to file your insurance claim.
