USPS Shipping Fees
I have noticed in the past few days while creating listings, and also on some other listings, that the calculated shipping fees are very wrong. For example, I have an offer on an item where the shipping should be about $17.00, but the shipping fees listed at between $69 and $165. Or, on a new listing I was working on, the shipping should have been about $12, and the the shipping fees were shown as about $5. This makes absolutely no sense! And I can't accept the offer because then they will be charged that huge amount. Is anyone else having problems like this? Or is it possibly something just on my account? Thank you for your help!

What are the item numbers? What weights and package sizes did you enter in the shipping parameters?

For that item, I see Ground Advantage shipping from your location to Atlanta of $14.03. to New York it's $15.85, to So Cal it's $10.94
The shipping team is looking into a si,ilar problem reported yesterday where the seller sees a range that may be incorrect when using the app. But if you look at the actual listing and enter a zip code in the shipping details, you'll see the correct amount (and so will the buyer).

OP5 months agoThank you for your help! The buyer ended up buying it at my sale price, and was charged the correct shipping, so all is good. I will just hope and trust it is that way on all of my drafts that seemed to not show the correct shipping on my side. I appreciate you taking the time to check into this for me!
