USPS Shipping Delays
Can someone answer this question.
What is going on with the USPS?
I have bent over backwards for them and get nothing in return.
Scheduled pick-up and provided scan forms to make the job easier for the carrier. And nothing has changed.
I have complained several times in writing to the post office and receive the same run around.
It's the busy season. Understaffed. We'll take care of that. I'll talk to the carrier.
They don't pick up or they don't scan.
In 2022 they were granted 50 BILLION dollars for reform and it's only gotten worse.
I hope that Ebay is aware of what's going on and not holding late and slow deliveries against us.
Sellers shouldn't take a hit on these delivery issues especially when in the past they have been top rated.
I'm angry and frustrated. Buyers want what they ordered and I don't know what to tell them other than it'll get there someday.

Mentor2 years agoI agree with you 100%! I have had several late deliveries so far this month, both buying and selling. Some buyers are understanding, others are not. 2 years ago I put my account on vacation at this time because I got so many angry messages from buyers. I didn't need that stress. I did it last year too. I didn't this year because of money issues, but if it weren't for that, I would have done ths same.
What can we do? Nothing. Sign up for email notifications, communicate with your buyers, and go to your local PO and talk to the postmaster if you have to. I have done that once already to get a package out of a bin and on a truck. Good luck!
