USPS shipping
I sent out 30 orders of axolotl eggs-shipping time is important because if they don’t get them in a timely manner they arrive dead. I sent them in plenty of time this was 3-4 weeks ago and some people still didn’t receive their orders! I have given everyone a full refund, but this really isn’t my fault. I am just wondering if anyone else has dealt with anything like this and if there is anything I can do about it?

They consider it your fault and you are required to give buyers full refunds on your dime.
It is a risk you take selling on eBay and in particular, selling a sensitive item such as eggs.
The Post Office has been having periodic delays. It is hard to depend on them for all packages. It is so random that you can't predict when and where the delays will happen.
