usps returned packege

Hi, I’m looking for some guidance regarding an order. This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen.

I shipped a Starlink Gen 2 router through USPS Ground Advantage, but USPS flagged the package as a “potentially hazardous or otherwise unmailable item” and is returning it to me. The package does not contain any batteries, hazardous materials, or anything prohibited—it’s just the router and a power cable. I’m not sure why USPS flagged it.
The package is expected to be returned to me tomorrow, July 2. What should I do next? Should I purchase a new shipping label and resend it, or is there a different process I should follow to avoid any issues with this order? I want to make sure the buyer receives the item and that I’m protected as the seller.
