USPS returned item sent 1 year ago. Can't find buyer. what would you do?

FLorida PO did not return not deliverable as addressed letter unable to forward that was sent to buyer 1 year ago. Post Office took 1 year to return item. Want to get this back to buyer. Issue is only can go back approximately 1 year in sales.

But you won't be able to get the buyer's address, and they will not be able to send it to you, due to the age of the transaction.
