USPS return charges for an electronic delivery
I purchased an electronically delivered item that accepts returns until February 1, 2025. While navigating the return process, the eBay menu forced me to pay $5 for a USPS return label, despite the item being delivered via email.
As I tried to find the correct option in the automated menu, the return unexpectedly closed. Now, the return status shows as closed with no available options to proceed, and I’m unsure how to complete the return.
Could someone please advise on how to reopen the return or provide guidance on what steps I should take next?

Mentor1 year agoOnce a return is closed, it cannot be reopened. Contact ebay customer service.
