If the USPS rate changes don't take effect until 7/13, then why did I get charged the new rate today on 7/12?

What is the date on the label? Is it 7/12 7/14?

OP1 year agoI didn't notice and the USPS already picked it up, so I went back to the reprint label in my seller hub, and it came up with the current pricing, not the pricing it charged me. Maybe just a glitch in the system?
