USPS Overpaid Adjustments Credited
Hello Everyone, I am new to Ebay. I have shipped some items and have received notification from Ebay regarding USPS overpaid adjustments credited. How does one handle this situation? In the Manage Shipping Labels page it suggests I contact USPS at 1-844-819-5187 or verifypostagehelp@usps.gov to open a dispute.
Questions: If I have overpaid adjustments credited do I get money back? Are there any penalties?
Am I in trouble with USPS? I imagine other people have gone through this problem and I would appreciate any information and help regarding this issue. Please advise.

Mentor2 years ago@kdbs-79 If you paid too much then USPS will ( should) refund you on your all transaction page here>

IF you don't see the refund then you need to use the contact information you posted to contact USPS. eBay doesn't have your money, USPS does.
If you did not pay enough then USPS bills you and it will be charged to your account and show on your transaction page. Your back up payment method for selling costs is billed unless you have available funds.
