USPS not scanning packages

Question

I have 4 diffrent items that have been delivered, I have positive feedback, but USPS did not scan the shipper. How do I get paid for that?

If you are using ebay standard envelope shipping for your items, that service is basically metered mail that does not get acceptance scans. they may get scans from automated facilities while in route. Some of them get no scans at all until they reach a regional sorting center nearest to the Buyer's P.O. then they get an out for delivery scan but are actually not delivered until 1-3 days later. If a buyer has registered for the USPS' Informed delivery they will get a notice with a photo of your envelope in an email once it reaches the regional facility.
OOPs, I forgot to address the payout issue. Using ESE does hold up your New seller payment hold release, because of the lack of scans. For lower cost items it is usually 21 days after the last estimated delivery date. More expensive items may have the payment held up for 30 days.
