USPS mailing address for buyer is wrong and has been purchased already
I purchased the USPS mailing Address label and the seller contacted me and said the address is wrong. How do I change it and don’t have to pay again for the corrected buyers corrected mailing label?

1) You can void the first label for a refund (see below)
2) You are not protected if you change the buyer's address
3) You can no longer change the original zip code the buyer used.
You should cancel the sale and relist so the buyer can buy again and enter the correct address at check out

The best way to manage this is to
1) Communicate with the buyer
2) Cancel the sale for "problem with buyer's address",
3) Relist your item
4) Send the new listing number to the buyer so they can buy it again, and use the correct address at checkout.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
