USPS lost the package I sent
What can I do if I sent the package and I went to USPS and they told me the mail is lost?

What can I do if I sent the package and I went to USPS and they told me the mail is lost?

Mentor9 months agoThe USPS does not consider a package lost until it has been at least 21 days since the last tracking update. Is this what is happening? If so, then you would have to file an insurance claim with the USPS. There is up to $100 of insurance for packages (except for Media Mail and First Class Mail) so hopefully the value was less than this or you added additional insurance when purchasing the label.
