Usps lost package
If the post office looses your package, does ebay cover the cost to both buyer and seller? Because its not fair that the seller gets penalized for the post office losing an item. Please advise

usps ground and priory packages include $100 of insurance. Above that, you must purchase additional coverage if you want to be protected from loss.
Refund your buyer when he opens a not received claim. Then file a claim at usps.com.
