USPS lost my package - I am the seller
It has been 12 days since I shipped my listed item to the eBay authentication team in Las Vegas.
On the USPS tracking number webpage, my package has been received in Las Vegas but not delivered as of 7 Apr.
I already refunded the buyer.
Can eBay help me with a claim against USPS or do I submit a claim myself, as the seller.
