Usps lost my package

Usps lost my package but said they delivered it after telling the vendor my package was lost he still would not believe me I opened a lost package claim with Usps which they approved and agreed that they had lost my package I sent this information to the seller which he needed to call Usps to give them the information on the claim so they could pay him for the last package so I can get my money back he will not do it furthermore he has told eBay that I received my package I've tried to contact eBay and give them the claim numbers and the forward the email so they could see that the package was never delivered and they had agreed to pay for it they denied my appeal because the seller said that I had the package the seller still will not contact Usps

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you have written proof from USPS that your package was lost, contact the funding source you used to pay for the item in order to dispute the payment since Ebay states the item was delivered.
