USPS Large envelope has max measurements of 15 x 12 x 3/4" but I can only type 1" ???

Ebay says it is 1" but it is not according to USPS. And Ebay rejects the label if I use 1".

You can not print a label for a large envelope (also called a flat) - there is no tracking, which is why the cost is so low.

You hand write the address and use stamps, or pay at the PO.

So it doesnâ€™t matter what you enter for the dimensions on eBay - the actual limit is 3/4â€. Only the weight would be really used by eBay to determine your shipping charge to the buyer. So enter the 1â€.
