USPS issue with preorder labels showing as shipped and delivered
Hello,
I have several items as a seller that buyers have pre-ordered. I printed the shipping labels ahead of time to prevent the continuous ebay notices and reminders to ship the items. The buyers are now contacting me saying that their items are tracking and marked as delivered to different locations, even though the labels are sitting on my desk while I wait for the items to arrive in my hands. Is there a way to resolve this with either ebay or USPS? Will USPS accept the items when I try to ship them? Thanks for any advice.
