USPS issue cost me a year and hundreds of dollars, ebay threw me under the bus.
Back during covid, I had an account active from 2020-2022, but I had dropped a large number in a bluedrop box that had subsequently had its regularly posted mailman forloughed and my packages were never picked up. That same box was later reported for having been broken into and having said Contents stollen, but later, the suspect was arrested but my mail ended up still being delivered.
During this time, most to all my deliveries were counted as late or missing as they had been left unavailable and I had USPS customer service with proof of shipping but ebay still forced me to refund everyone after several tickets arose, bypassing previous ebay support staff notes to help with the ongoing issue. Further the tracking was still valid and by 2023 all packages were delivered and scanned. I lost in refunds and in my packages and received no help from ebay customer service after as my seller account became significantly disabled from bulk refund requests. I reported all given information from USPS to Ebay support but was ignored after the very first refund/late delivery request.
Is there anything I can do? I lost hundreds in refunds and further hundreds in products(trading cards*mtg, pokemon).
