USPS issue 2
I left a pre-labeled pack at the QUICK MAIL USPS box and the pack was never scanned. It was 15 days ago. I refunded the buyer but USPS can't find my pack. What can I do? I can't prove that I shipped the pack.

Mentor2 years ago@adrbamva-0 It sounds like they were all the same TYPE of problem. Sorry that you are going through this but my advice to reach out the buyer is the only solution.

Mentor2 years agoTo avoid this same problem in the future, I would make sure that the package is SCANNED to prove that it was dropped off.
I placed several packages on the designated counter at the post office several years ago. Those packages were never scanned, and even though I refunded all the buyers, it recorded defects on my account so that I was a below standard seller. It took many months before I was able to be an above standard seller.
Nowadays I always make sure my packages are scanned.
