Usps is 2-3 days late on estimated delivery date
Tracking shows it went of coarse all the way across the other side of the country in Baltimore ,Maryland when package is only supposed to be 6-7 hours away in the same state of California. Shipped out on May 6 estimated delivery was set for May 8, today is now May 11 last scanned in Baltimore MD. I Called usps support answering machine or usps customer service led me to nothing but go in circles. Complete waste of time 30-45min. Said to wait till the 7th day requirement to start a lost package claim.

Mentor4 months ago@happywire777 Keep in touch with your buyer and let them know that they will receive a refund or the item. Thank them for their patience. Let them know that you will file a lost package search as soon as possible.
That is all you can do. I have had buyers thank me and hold off filing not received refund requests because I communicated with them.
I have never called USPS. I just use the online missing mail report option. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
