USPS had my package over two months then delivered it to the wrong address.

What the heck is happening to our mail? This package was dropped off by the seller in June, mysteriously never left the originating post office for two months, then takes a trip around the country for another month and eventually delivered to an address in Texas. Did you open an Item Not Received case at the time?
If not, it's likely too late to open this case on eBay.
Instead,
File a chargeback on your payment method, PayPal, or credit card. That goes back to eBay and your seller.

OP4 days agoI got a refund by Ebay after about three weeks. Funny, I had a package due in yesterday and received notification it was out for delivery. I'm retired so at home. Get another email saying package delivered but I know the mailman hasn't been yet. Mailman shows up and checks and says he has nothing on his package list to deliver. Tracking now shows "delivered." I'm giving it until Monday to see if it shows up and then will make my, what seems like, weekly trip to the post office to try and speak with a supervisor that is never available. Can't win.

It's frustrating.
If you go to the Post Office on Monday, ask the post office/shipper to see if the tracking number label contained your name and your address. (They won't tell you whose name is on the package, only that your name and address is not.)
a) If your name and correct address were on the label, ask the Post Office/shipper to review the GPS on the delivery, retrieve the item from the wrong house, and deliver it to you.
b) If your name and address weren't on that label, ask the Post Office/shipper if they will put this in writing; it's helpful, but not required. "The tracking number you were provided by the seller is not related to you nor the package you were expecting."
Also, ask for the weight of the package using that tracking number.

OP4 days agoPostman came today and didn't have the package again so figured I'd just handle it Monday at the PO. A few hours later I see the PO van stop again and saw him insert a box into my mailbox. He mentioned before that the Friday route often gets split up between deliverers. I think after he initially left mail and continued on with his route he probably found my missing box waiting for him in another mailbox, for pickup, on his route and kindly dropped it off with me knowing I was looking for it. At last, a ray of sunshine. ;-)
