USPS Ground Advantage PRICE ISSUE
Can someone please help me out here. This new usps ground advantage shipping is showing AND charging the full price for shipping without the ebay discount. For instance, an item that should have cost the buyer $8.07 but they paid $10.80. After looking at the "compare rates" I noticed the difference is in fact the ebay discount price. Why are my customers not getting the ebay discounted price for shipping? I have checked all of my shipping preferences and I cannot figure out what is going on here.

Mentor3 years agoTo offer your discounted rates, you must set your 'offer carrier specific discounts' to that setting - did you check that?
