Tech support at USPS told me ground advantage was not insured so I couldn't get a refund on my lost package.

Ground advantage includes $100 of insurance.
File your claim here - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. You have to give the package 15 days before you can file the claim.

OP2 years agoI was just on the phone with them and they said there was no insurance and would not give me a refund for my lost shipment.
