USPS forgot to scan delivered package.
Hi, so im entirely unsure of how to resolve this, as ive contacted Ebay 3 different times explaining the situation, with absolutely no help. i sold an item, which was received by the buyer (they left feedback saying theyre enjoying it, AND i directly messaged them asking "did you get the item?" From which they replied "yes"). Ebay can see this, and told me to contact the carrier, but USPS support agents can only see what i see on the app. The package was attempted to be delivered at their house, (No Secure Location), so it was sent back to the post office, where the buyer picked it up, and (i suppose) THE WORKER DIDNT SCAN IT. **bleep** do i do????

ALL new and returning Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a Buyer dispute. EBay allows Buyers up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.
Once you have additional successful sales, eBay will start releasing your funds sooner.
As far as the unscanned package, if you go to the USPS site, you can request tracking updates via text or email. That often updates the status of the package.
