usps first class mail
I have mailed some items in regular or large envelopes in the past for item categories that Ebay won't consider for tracked item envelopes.
With the USPS changes, now I see that in addition to USPS Ground Advantage small parcels, Ebay allows a seller to pick 'USPS First Class' mail as a shipping option. Does this mean that I can offer to ship via regular envelope if appropriate, not a package, rather than the vague 'economy shipping'? Is it tracked?
