USPS First Class
I'm trying to print a label for something I've sold and the listing is for USPS small envelope. Only option available after it sells is USPS ground. It's several dollars more. Where is my First class option?? Why doesn't it show up for me to select when I print the label?

You have 2 issues. First, your item does not qualify for first class mail - first class mail, which you mean the large envelope, can not be more than 3/4" thick, must be uniformly flexibly and can not have anything rigid or bumpy.
Even if your item qualifies for first class mail, you would hand write your envelope and then pay for the postage at your PO. You can not print a label for first class mail because there is no tracking. This also means that you will issue a refund if your buyer says the item was not received.
