Mentor6 months agoWhat is your question? Basically, the buyer files a returns request for Not as Described/damaged. Photos of the box, packaging, item are provided. Buyer sets that all aside in case USPS wants to inspect it. Seller refunds the buyer, then goes to USPS.COM and files an insurance claim, uploading the photos the buyer sent. If USPS accepts the claim, they send the buyer a check.
