USPS doesn’t have complete tracking for delivered item. Funds on Hold.
The buyer acknowledges they received the item, but the usps tracking doesn’t show delivery, so my funds are on hold. How do I get ahold of a human support person to help me?

Your money will be released at about 30 days even without an acceptance scan.
It's helpful if the buyer leaves positive feedback.
You an also file a claim with USPS asking them to find the missing package.
