USPS delivery issue
Summary: agility_crazy shared a concern about a package they shipped that was misrouted to Seattle instead of its intended destination in Florida. Hello,
I recently sold an item and immediately printed the shipping label, packaged the item and dropped it at the post office the next day. It was shipped to Florida on August 5 with estimated delivery of August 10. Today is August 11 and when I track the item to see if it’s been delivered, it shows the item is in Seattle. There has been no movement on the item for a couple of days now. The funds are being held until the item is delivered. I’m not sure what can be done and hope the buyer doesn’t hold me responsible. I’m hoping the item will be on its way soon to the correct address. Has anyone ever had this issue and, if so, how did you handle it?

Once I file the missing mail, I contact the buyer to let them know I am watching the tracking and working with USPS.
