USPS Delivery confirmed
I sold a buyer that is stating that he did not receive the item but the tracking shows that he did. USPS has denied my request for insurance, Stating it was delivered correctly. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

·2 years agoIf the tracking number shows delivery your job is done .
If the buyer has opened a case with eBay you will need to enter the tracking number into the case.

Mentor2 years ago@Anonymous If tracking shows delivery then you need to respond in the refund request case with the tracking and you win the case.
