USPS delivered only label but no package to buyer. I re send a new video to the buyer.
I resent a new video to buyer. Can I reclaim to USPS to pay the video cost? Help

Mentor10 months agoIf you purchased a Priority mail label or a ground advantage label to ship the item and it has not arrived, you can file a claim with the USPS. This is done on the USPS.com website.
You will need a tracking number, value of the package. I use a screen shot of the order details page to show value when I file a claim.
