USPS delays
I shipped an item on April 15th. The estimated delivery date is April 17-April 20. Unfortunately, the buyer has not yet received the goods. It exhibits "visible damage" and occurs late. This is something beyond the buyer's control. What should I do in this situation if the buyer gets frustrated and ask for a refund? I know the buyer has the right to get the money Back , but what about the damaged item that I lost because of USPS?

Do not refund the buyer until they open a claim. After you refund the buyer, file a claim at usps.com.
If the item arrives damaged, you will need photos from the buyer to attach to a damaged claim.
