Usps couldnt print off labels from the QR codes

I have two items I need to ship and the lady at the usps office says there isn't a label available to print from my QR codes I just purchased.. what do I do?

Hey @hoffmansfinds and @disneyshopper I have received an update from our shipping team!

The USPS QR code issue from 10/30/23 has been resolved. Any USPS QR code labels purchased during the outage can now be scanned by your local USPS Post Office.

eBay will proactively refund any unused labels, no action is required by you.

eBay will automatically protect your seller performance for impacted transactions - protections include

Your late shipment rate
Your valid tracking upload rate
â€œItem not receivedâ€ cases due to late delivery as long as you uploaded tracking before the case was opened, and have a physical scan from the carrier
Defects resulting from transactions you cancelled

Are you saying when you show the QR-code from your cell phone to the clerk, she is unable to scan it to create the label?

It seems she's able to scan it, then it tells her that I believe.
