USPS Contract Agent Mail Delivery Issue
Is anyone else having this issue? An item I sold was never received by the buyer. Tracking number reports the item as being delivered. However, it was DELIVERED to a US Mail CONTRACTOR AGENT and that is when the tracking stops and reports it as having been delivered. WRONG! I mailed it on 2/2/2026 with an expected maximum five day delivery date and as of today 2/12/2026 it still has not been delivered. This is a potential problem for any USPS user if tracking, that the customer has paid for, STOPS at the point of hand off to a USPS authorized agent. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM?

Ohhh ya! My customer's satisfaction is my priority here. We have been in contact since day 1 of sale. I have filed a report with PO. STRANGLY, a new message on the order page on eBay lists shipping for this item will be delivered Saturday 2/14 - Thurs 2/19???
