USPS Closed for Hurricane
Our post offices are closed for the hurricane, yet we have a 1 day shipping policy. How do we stop eBay from gigging us for not shipping out our sales, at minimum, for the next couple of days?

That is the best way to avoid any issues.
eBay usually makes an announcement about protecting sellers during weather events.
Seller Protections are in place for sellers impacted by Hurricane Milton (ebay.com)
