USPS charges
I just did my first sale in quite a while on ebay. If the label I printed from Ebay is not sufficient for shipping fees, does it charge me back on Ebay? Or does it just charge the account on ebay for the remaining balance?

Mentor2 years agoIf you know the label is incorrect, I would recommend you VOID the label and then use PRINT ANOTHER LABEL and make the corrections in weight and dimensions for the package so it is correct. You do not want an unhappy buyer.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package.

Mentor2 years ago@morlinsminis As long as you entered the correct package size and weight on the label page then you paid the correct shipping price.
USPS usually will bill your account for underpayment of postage, however, sometimes it's sent postage due to the buyer OR return to the seller. Postage due and return to seller packages make for very unhappy buyers. It seems that it's at the whim of the receiving post office as to which happens.
