Usps awaits item
The tracking shows the label was created but the item was not brought to the shipper. It's been 3 days and item was supposed to arrive in 2 days. How long do you wait for the seller to actually send it? A label being created and the message saying it's been shipped are false because it's not been accepted at the shipper. They should change it to show shipped only after it's scanned by usps or other carriers.

Mentor1 year agoYes, I agree that the message that ebay sends should be changed slightly to state that a shipping label has been created and should arrive at the carrier soon. It is possible that the seller did deliver the package to the carrier but that it was overlooked being scanned.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
