USPS always double charge shipping fees.

Mentor8 months agoThe US Postal Service has never charged me a double charge for shipping.
Not as a person sending regular mail (birthday cards, etc.) nor as an eBay seller (under a separate eBay ID).
And my selling ID is a very, very low-level, small eBay seller. Minuscule. Nearly microscopic, compared to some.
When you buy/pay for USPS shipping (of your eBay sales) through eBay, under most circumstances you will pay less than what you would pay if you took your sold item(s) to your local post office and paid the retail price.
