USPS
I'm on vacations in Wilmington and I bought three items. I will be here for 20 days and it's Airbnb rental. Well, for my surprise USPS decline to delivery because I'm not there owner of the house or I'm not leaving here for a long time. Actually it's not my address because the house belongs to other.
Is it normal? I never heard about this USPS rule. I cannot understand because I am in the address.
All things I bought went back.
Could anyone explain me why?
