Using points from ebay mastercard
I have an eBay Mastercard from Synchrony. I got it because it offered points for eBay purchases. My statements show available points but they never show when I checkout on eBay. I have spoken to several supervisors at Synchrony and they tell me they can see that I have available points (close to 10000) but they cannot tell me how to get them to show at eBay checkout. They said to contact eBay but I can't figure out how to do that. None of the 'contact us' options relate to my issue. Help?
