    using jaws program
                     

    I'm using jaws as an ocr.  I'm clicking on expand my ebay button and it won't expand...  I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or the ebay site is ... I hit enter and nothing happens.  I hit the space bar nothing happens.  Ever4ything else from my ebay and my shopping cart and even search are working so I don't know what the problem is.  If anyone can help, I'd be grateful.  Thanks and sorry about the typo's.

    @shamyg-49   Unfortunately this is not something that we Mentors can offer assistance with since we have no experience using a screen reader program.  It is recommend to use JAWS with Chrome on Windows  

     

    Screen reader or browser combinations

    eBay’s accessibility team advises using one of the following screen reader or browser combinations while using eBay:

    • JAWS with Chrome on Windows
    • NVDA with Firefox on Windows
    • VoiceOver with Safari on Mac OS

    You can contact eBay customer service on social media to see if they can assist you.    The phone agents only read from scripts so I know that they won't be able to help further than what I have done.
