using buyer UPS shipping account

I have a buyer wishing to use their own UPS shipping account for an International shipment. Is this acceptable or preferred or is this a red flag?

If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS), you will need to ship via that program to be protected by eBay.

You can let the Buyer know that you are required to ship International purchases to the eBay domestic hub. And that eBay Sellers have no control over how eBay ships from the hub to the Buyer's country.

Don't let the Buyer try to convince you that every other Seller does this for them.
